Admission

All applicants, who have submitted applications with all necessary enclosures, without any mistake or omission and possess the minimum required qualification(s), will be called for preliminary interview in the company of their parent or guardian, with the Selection Board. The applicants who are in the Preliminary Selection List will be called for final interview in the company of their parent or guardian and local guardian, if any. Candidates selected in the final interview shall be given admission to the trade / course to which he / she is selected, on remittance of the prescribed fees. Originals of all Certificates shall be submitted to the Principal, at the time of admission.

Admission fee, first installment of tuition fee, special fee, caution deposit and any other fees prescribed in the fee schedule shall be remitted at the time of admission.

• The Institute authority reserves the full right to accept or reject the admission application of a candidate without assigning any reason thereof.
• On admission, the candidate will have to give an undertaking jointly with Parents/Guardian to abide by the discipline of the institute. Trainees are expected to follow the Institute's code of conduct.
• Trainees are expected to maintain discipline and respect towards faculty, staff, and peers.
• Damages if any, caused to the Institute’s property by the trainee will be made good at their cost as an individual or a group.
• The Institute Authority reserves the right to suspend, discharge, and dismiss any trainee for academic misconduct and violation of the institute’s code of conduct.
• Trainees found using or possessing drugs and alcohol in any form may face immediate dismissal from the institute.
• Fees should be paid on or before the 5th of every calendar month and fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances or be transferred to other bodies.
• Under no circumstances will any certificate be given to a trainee till the entire fee dues are cleared for the full course.
• Every trainee should wear the proper uniform prescribed by the institute and compulsory practical uniforms in Labs.
• Examination fees have to be paid as and when announced.
• Trainees are expected to arrive on time for classes and practical sessions. Trainees are expected to follow the institute's attendance policy. Prior permission should be obtained for absence, but for unavoidable absence for a day, a written request from his/her parent/guardian must be provided. Trainees are not allowed to leave the institution during working hours without permission from the concerned teacher.
• The decision of the Director will be final in all matters.
